We have smaller office pods where you can catch a meeting in instead of your desk or have a one-on-one meeting with a colleague. Plus the office often hosts social events like Welcome back braai in the beginning of the year, celebrations, and team-buildings, which can help build relationships and encouraging employees to work together and support each other.
