RGA's intern program is a 10-week program that runs from June to August. 

RGA interns are assigned real work that has a direct impact on the organization. Examples of project work include assisting in:
  • Development of predictive modeling for applications.
  • Implementing and/or maintaining actuarial models.
  • Creating and continuously improving capabilities to support our business platforms, increase operational efficiency, and provide fit-for-purpose technology solutions for emerging businesses.

Yes, we have an excellent conversion rate! The majority of our “early career/entry-level” roles are offered to our interns. Many departments have the opportunity to hire their summer intern into a full-time position after graduation.
